Equalization Between Genders - For a Better Tomorrow

Equalization between genders is a very important issue and it really needs to be addressed over and over again until we find that women and men are not being discriminated according to some ignorant measures. As I can see, the fight will never end between genders; that's why equalization comes and puts things in their right perspectives in order to reach a certain amount of satisfaction towards each other. Simply women and men are equal. Religiously speaking; Islam puts these whole matters of equalization in to the right perspectives. The fight will never end if people didn't put Islamic point of views about equalization as their reference. Equalization between genders is a very delicate issue, one can not simply give one clear and perfect judgment, it's not stable, it changes constantly as people and their mentalities change.To make it easier for you, each gender has a significantly different emotional intelligence profile. Women have much stronger interpersonal skills than men; men have significantly higher sense of self and independence. This means that women are much more aware of their own feelings as well as those of others and relate much better inter-personally than men. Men however score more highly on self regard and independence than women and also do better on dealing with events that are immediately stressful. In the past men have dominated the top positions, partly because of their stress tolerance and independence, but people skills are now becoming more important as a culture of team working and partnerships takes effect. Women's higher scores in the interpersonal areas will now help them reach higher levels in the corporate world. This is especially true if they also develop high stress tolerance. Men need to develop their empathy to balance their strong independence scores.Imagine the out come of combining the two genders with their qualities and power points together in a healthy co-operative environment; the out come would be so damn stunning and amazing I suppose! And it will reflect in every way and on every level; politically, economically, professionally....etc. But that could only happen when we believe in equalization.

• عقدة دراسة الطب 

المدخل الاول:
 كان ما قريتي طب انا ما راضية عنك حتى لو اضطريت اقريك بالملاين لازم تقري طب وتبقي دكتورة عشان اغيظ بيك عماتك وأغيظ صحبتي فلانة.. كانت امها تكرر لها هذه الكلمات كلما حست انها انحرفت ولو قليلا عن دراسة مادة الأحياء والتفوق فيها. هكذا هو موقف معظم امهاتنا تجاه بناتهن او اولادهن. نحن كمجتمع سوداني نحب او نكاد نقدس الطبيب؛ من يعلم ربما لانه يجسد المنقذ والملاذ من العلل والامراض والألام وبالاضافة لذلك المكانة الاجتماعية الرفيعة التي تمتع بها المتعلمون في زمن مضى وخاصة الاطباء لذلك اصبح اليوم طموح او رغبة من هم من ابناء الجيل السابق ان يخلقوا من ابنائهم وبناتهن اطباء وطبيبات لكي يتقاخروا بهم بغض النظر عن رغبة ابائهم وبناتهم. هذه المشكلة الاجتماعية تفرعت منها مشاكل اخرى كثيرة سببت ضرر كبير لشباب وشابات اليوم.

المدخل الثاني:
نحن كبشر معظمنا يحب ان يظهر للغير على انه الافضل فعندما اصبحت مهنة الطبيب شيئا يفاخر به او مقياسا للافضلية الاجتماعية  اصبح الناس وخاصة ابناء الجيل السابق يصورون لابناء جيل اليوم ان الطب هو الشئ المثالي الذي يجب دراسته. لذلك تولد نوع من الكبت في داخل ابناء جيل اليوم حيث انهم لا يستطيعون ان ينفذوا او يدرسوا ما يريدون! وذلك من شأنه ان يولد سلبيات كثيرة جدا جدا وابسطها فشل طالب الطب في حياته الاكاديمية خلال دراسته للطب الذي يدرسه بالرغم عنه! وامتداد لهذا ان يتخرج اطباء غير جديرين بمزاولة مهنة الطب على ارض الواقع وانما فقط اجادوها على الورق. ناهيك عن الضغط النفسي الذي يواجهه الطالب\الطالبة! والحساسية التي تخلق بينهم ةبين والدينهم!
